Black and Brown communities face a scarcity of consultants and coaches available to provide transformational capacity building. The current didactic approach to ecosystem transformation is splintered and unsustainable. As a result, communities don’t recognize their power, or their role in creating thriving and sustainable communities. When consultants and coaches are available, they are often unprepared to consider all components of the ecosystem in their strategies to create sustainable transformation.
