With over 75 years of collective experience in coaching and consulting for equity and impact, we’ve joined forces to develop a transformative learning experience. The Radical Shift is a development matrix that prepares coaches and consultants of color to support leaders of color and their community impact mission. Moreover, we feel an urgency to share with new generations of capacity builders the more than 100 years of wisdom poured into us by our own mentors, civil and labor rights leaders.
The Radical Shift is a bold new whole system approach with one objective: to reclaim our legacy as thriving and sustainable Black and Brown communities.
